For you and me;

Is there one day, that is significant for you?
A day that changed your history?
Maybe the day you met your partner/boyfriend/girlfriend?
I'd really love to hear what you, my readers, have to say!

First of all, lovely blog. I absolutely love the header picture.

A day that changed my history?
There have been a lot of days that have changed my life, and there have been many that I will never forget. But I can think of one day that I will forever cherish in my heart.

It wasn't the day I met her. It wasn't even a romantic or special day. It was just another ordinary night.
But, it was the most important night of our lives together. It was the beginning of another chapter in my life; it was the beginning of the story of us.

It was the night she opened up to me. It was the night that she told me about her break-up. The night she told me about her broken heart. I was there, and I don't know why in the hell she chose me, but she did. She told me everything that night. I didn't even know what to say, or how to respond, so I did the only thing I could. I held her and comforted her. I remember not saying anything for hours. I remember tears. I remember her wanting so badly to leave this world forever. But she didn't.

And, that was the night that led us to become closer. That night was what led me to open up, and tell her everything, as well. She was the first person I ever opened up to. In a single night, we had both taken down the walls that we have spent our entire lives building up.
And so, that night was our first step towards falling in love.
I look back now, and I can't imagine where I might be right now if I hadn't been there that night.

Anyways, I hope you don't mind a long comment from someone you don't know, but that's the day that changed my history.

Take care and be well.

A day that changed my life.
Well, it was the night of Matchbox 20, and we were walking towards the arena. David was holding my hand, and I was so excited.
A busker sat underneath the bridge, and started playing Ronan Keating.. Now, as sappy as it is, Ronan is a big reminder of my Pop. So I got a bit teary eyed. He held me close and swayed me as the busker played.
He leaned down and whispered "I'll love you forever"
And that's when I knew that he was my one. And that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him.
