Just a thought;

I'm interested in what you guys think, as always...

I was just sitting in my room, putting off doing homework as usual, and a thought occurred to me....
How do you know what love is?
I want to hear your stories, if you have fallen in love, how?
Was it a sudden 'love at first sight' connection between you?
Or was is something that grew from a friendship?
Was it something that grew from hate?
Or maybe it was something you never wished had happened?

Please I'm just dying to know!

I like to believe that there is no one way to tell whether or not you are in love. You just know.

From experience, I know that it can definitely come within a moment or two of speaking with someone ( or, in some circumstances, just staring and wondering how such a beautiful person could be in this world, even if your friends say she isn't beautiful or pretty or attractive at all ).

And it can come from friendship. You can know someone for a long time, and the way you feel about them can change in a single moment. Sometimes, all it takes is a person to show you themselves - to open up, completely and unabashedly - for you to fall in love with them, overnight. To suddenly develop the feeling of butterflies when a name that has been said all too often in your ear suddenly sparks to life.

I'm personally not sure if love can grow from hate. I guess it would have to depend on the reasons. However, I believe that no matter your relationship with someone, you can fall in love anywhere, at anytime with them. But I don't believe falling in love is a choice. Rather, it's a dream we all have, whether we'd like to admit it or not. And we just know when that dream comes true. Even if that dream scares the pants off of us.

Anyways, thanks for letting me share my thoughts, and sorry if this is a lot to read.

Oh, and please don't procrastinate on homework. School is kind of important.
Well, maybe not as important as love, but still... :)

Take care and be well.
